Monuskin needed real proof that its Recovery Balm actually worked on skin dealing with dullness, dehydration, and everyday stress, without a community of past customers to call on, and without pouring more money into ads that might not convert.
The goal was simple: put the balm in the hands of real people dealing with dull, dehydrated, stressed skin, and see how many would make and share a video off their own back. Kaidron set the bar at 80% of participants creating and posting content to their own social accounts, no scripts, no direction, just real skin and a real balm.
Participants applied it morning and night as directed and wrote about what actually changed, redness calming, dryness easing, skin looking healthier within days. The bar was 80% of participants completing the trial and sharing content. 94% completed it. The bar wasn't just cleared. It was buried.
