Monuskin needed real proof that its Recovery Balm actually worked on skin dealing with dullness, dehydration, and everyday stress — without a community of past customers to call on, and without pouring more money into ads that might not convert.
The goal was simple: put the balm in the hands of real people dealing with dull, dehydrated, stressed skin, and see how many would make and share a video off their own back. Kaidron set the bar at 60% of participants creating and posting content to their own social accounts — no scripts, no direction, just real skin and a real balm.
